There are many online tools you can engage with independently, in addition to, or instead of individual or group therapy! Similarly, there are many self-assessments you can take to evaluate your mood and decide whether or not to seek additional support. Here are some online tools that we recommend:

TimelyCare offers UVA students 24/7 virtual, wraparound mental health care at no cost*. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare. Through CAPS partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to on-demand TalkNow services, scheduled counseling, psychiatry, group sessions, Self-Care Journeys, and peer-to-peer support.
