Aaron Keen (He/Him/His) joined the Student Disability Access Center in July 2023 and serves as an Accessibility Specialist. 

As a social worker in higher education, Aaron works to reduce systemic barriers and provide individualized student support to foster an equitable and inclusive learning environment. He started his career in higher education by assisting first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities navigate the college environment. 

Aaron earned a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2023. He focused his research on designing inclusive learning environments that support neurodiversity.
