Bailey Bowers (she/her) joined the Division of Student Affairs in June 2023 and serves as a Case Manager for Care & Support Services. In addition to providing general support to students through one-on-one meetings, Bailey also assists with strategic planning, communicating with campus partners, and providing support to the Community Food Pantry.

Before joining UVA, Bailey earned her bachelor's degree, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology from James Madison University in 2021, as well as an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University in 2023. Bailey also has experience serving in Residence Life and Student Conduct roles.
