Courtney MacMasters (she/her) is an Accessibility Specialist, Embedded in the School of Engineering. She joined the Student Disability Access Center (SDAC) team in December 2021. Courtney works to provide reasonable accommodations and support to students with disabilities at the School of Engineering. She works with students on an individualized basis to ensure support holistically. 

Courtney earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Elon University and her Master of Education in Higher Education from William & Mary. She began her career in Disability Services at William & Mary where she served as the Assistant Director in the Student Accessibility Services office.
