Jessica started at the university in 1998 until 2000. She returned in 2001 to the Student Health and Wellness department where she has remained in the medical records department for 23 years.

Jessica reviews the vaccine records for incoming students as well as faxes, scans, and releases, and maintains the records for all 23,000 plus students at the university.
