Nicole Pierce (she/her) joined the Division of Student Affairs in February 2023 and serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Care and Support Services. In addition to coordination for multiple university processes such as Study Abroad and the Return and Withdrawal process, Nicole manages the main telephone and email communications for CASS, the assignment of cases that come through those communications, and general outreach from the team directly to the UVA community.

Before joining UVA, Nicole worked in multiple community non-profit organizations and received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from James Madison University in 2020.
