Skye Darnell joined the University of Virginia in October 2023 in the role of Program Manager at Student Health and Wellness (SHW).

She works collaboratively with all sections and units of SHW, supports efforts of the department and senior leadership in program execution, fosters relationships with external organizations, and implements programs to support the UVA community while increasing awareness of SHW services and optimizing SHW spaces for students.

Prior to joining UVA, Skye was a Senior Manager at a custom apparel company where she directly managed Associate Managers and their team members, focused on providing world-class service to customers. During her 10-year tenure at the company, Skye applied her leadership skills to change management and served as the Project Manager for her Department’s role and compensation restructure.

Skye earned a BS in Dietetics from James Madison University.
